June 27 - Saturday - Sturbridge Muster on the Common - Sturbridge Common, across from the Publick House. We will muster, drill, and march, firing a bit, and playing F&D music, then retire to the pub to delight in the pleasures of fermented beverages (or water or Coke if you so desire). Colonial Civilian Kit Map here July 4 - Saturday - Chatham Parade - Parade steps off at 9:30am, and will be followed by a cookout/collation at the home of Jeff Davis. Our many thanks go out to Jeff and his wife for that gracious invitation. Details will be posted as the date approaches. (Paid Event) Parade Uniform 13 - Monday 6:30pm - Monthly Meeting and Drill - Drill on the Common in Acton Center at 6:30 (park at Church or behind Town Hall), then drive to Jones' Tavern for meeting at 7:30. 25 - Saturday - Nathan Hale Homestead battles - Coventry, CT Colonial Civilian Kit August 2 - Sunday - Newburyport Yankee Homecoming Parade - Parade will step off at 12:30pm, and after the parade, we will have a grand time at the summer barbecue at Steve and Joyce's, where the parade ends. September 7 - Monday - Charlton Old Home Day Parade (with the Sturbridge MM). A barbecue back at Stan and Eva's will follow the event, and we thank them very much for that invitation. ? - Crown Resistance Day - Details to be announced. |
